Meals

Meals are prepared in the outdoor kitchen and often served buffet-style. Meals can be served inside private rooms upon request.

Food at Dolphin Quest mainly consists of rice, beans, vegetables, eggs, chicken (occasionally), fresh fish and seafood and lots of fresh-picked fruit. We serve as much home-grown, hand-picked and locally harvested food as possible. We emphasize traditional tico cooking utilizing the abundance of wholesome foods the area has to offer.

Special dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.
