How to Contact Us

Advance coordination is necessary before your arrival at Dolphin Quest. However, be aware that communications will be slow given the remoteness of our location here in the rainforest of Costa Rica. A letter may take 3 weeks, a fax 1 week, or a phone message or email 5 days before being received. Then allow time for us to respond. To here an update on our contact numbers, call our answering machine in Golfito.

The most efficient way to contact us is by email or you can send us a fax with a return fax or telephone number where you can be called collect. Although email is an option for us we still must go to town to pick up our messages and may not respond until the next trip to town.

If you need to reach us immediately, call Isabel at our *Radio Dispatch Center. She will contact us, via radio, while you're on the phone.
